Trayco product range

  • Cable trays, mesh trays or cable ladders: when do I use which kind?

Cable trays are perfect for installations with cables of medium quantity or weight. They are the best solution for eliminating all kinds of wiring and cables. Cable trays not only serve an aesthetic function by ensuring that the tangle of cables is not visible, they also provide protection for cables, even in damp environments. Our cable trays are available in different widths, heights and plate thicknesses, with perforations or in closed design, which may or may not be interlocked.

Mesh trays are the ideal solution for installing installations with cables of small quantity or weight. They are particularly interesting in small rooms with a suspended ceiling or with a raised floor, as for example in offices and data centers. The cables are easy to attach, and the fine wire pattern also makes it easy to run them in and out. In addition, the cooling is better. You can easily cut and/or fold the mesh trays to the desired length and shape.

Cable ladders are used when installing installations with cables of large quantity or weight. They offer opportunities to carry more cable weight and to span long trajectories with large support distances. Trayco offers a wide range of cable ladders with The Force, from light to heavy ladders for wide spans. All types are used in a wide range of electrical installations in industrial, utility and infrastructure projects.

  • What is Ultra Galva?

ULTRA GALVA is a high-performance metal coating that provides optimal surface protection in a wide variety of aggressive and demanding environments, both indoors and outdoors.

How does it work? The unique alloying of small amounts of magnesium and/or aluminum in the zinc bath creates an ULTRA protection with self-healing properties. While zinc is essential for cathodic protection, magnesium prevents red rust. In turn, the passivation layer on top of this provides a seal that inhibits the first traces of white rust.

Intensive environments such as heavy industry and infrastructure require a high-performance solution. ULTRA GALVA is the answer and is the best alternative to traditional stainless steel and hot-dip finishes.
